When was the last time we won four in a row? DC has the team playing for each other and for the fans, at long last.

Hopefully, they'll keep it going. Yesterday was a very professional performance in front of an excellent crowd.

well done the Gas, would love to see you and the Gulls back up, but Barnet doing their best to spoil things. the tinpots are doing their best to avoid auto promo, but we shall see if our goal shy heroes up front can deaden the Norfolk Blues on Tuesday.

onwards Gas, Irene is well awake. good luck.

I thought they said on the radio that the last time we won four in a row was in 2007 the promotion season

Yes, that's right. The Barnet game in 2013 was the last time we won 3 in a row before last week.

That was only 3 wins in a row http://www.bristolrovers.co.uk/fixtures-results/fixtures-list/

Nope. The max was only 3 in a row that season http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2006–07_Bristol_Rovers_F.C._season#Football_League_Two

Unless you count the 2 play off games that we won and the play off final. If you count them then thats 6 games in a row that we won! But they are not league games, they are considered cup games.

Also look at the start of the season that season, only 2 wins in the first 10 games. Through Feb and March we went 6 games without a win! Somehow we still got to the play offs!!

We won 4 in a row in 2009/10 season in August but 1 of those games was a cup game http://www.bristolrovers.co.uk/fixtures-results/fixtures-list/
We won 4 in a row in 2001/02 season in August but again 1 of those games was a cup game http://www.espn.co.uk/football/sport/match/index.html?season=2001/02;team=257

The last time we won 4 LEAGUE games in a row was back in 1999/2000 season - 15 years ago! Which we won 6 games in a row.

20 Nov 1999 Chesterfield vs Bristol Rovers - Rovers won 1-0

27 Nov 1999 Bristol Rovers vs Luton Town - Rovers won 3-0

4 Dec 1999 Brentford vs Bristol Rovers - Rovers won 3-0

11 Dec 1999 Bristol Rovers vs Colchester United - Rovers won 2-1

18 Dec 1999 Stoke City vs Bristol Rovers - Rovers won 2-1

26 Dec 1999 Bristol Rovers vs Millwall - Rovers won 1-0

yeah but reading this now means the next time we do this good run we can say it was last done in 2014 so it wont sound so bad unless of course the next time we do it is in the year 2029 ;)

I think Barnet are likely to drop a few points in the next few weeks because they've got a tough set of fixtures coming up...
