Jan Kluitenberg just retweeted the following message... "It’s a great start [to the season]. Maybe nobody expected this, but we believe in our ambition and in our spirit."
Nice report, well written with a nice absence of clichés. My only criticism would be your indulgence in redundant apostrophes, e.g. "it's" meaning "belonging to it", "Swan's", and "Saint's". Apart from that, very good.
HE is great in the public eye. I wonder if his nicey nicey calm public persona is his true self or if he gets down the tunnel out of view and says....... ****ING, GET IN THERE(SH)
Lineker - It's extraordinary what they are doing. Keown - To be be second in the table is remarkable. (In relation to us losing our manager and some players) These are pleasant sounds to my ears
Fair play to Yoshi. He has come into the side this season and despite not being a total rock he has held his own. Today he had a TOUGH time, got the proverbial knocked out of him but got up and cracked on. He's a gutsy little player which I didnt fully appreciate till today. Gardos has got a good pass on him, didnt see any errors from him to note but he was under zero pressure in the second half really.
Agreed on both fronts. Gardos just oozed class though in that way a good player does when on the ball.
Fair play to Yoshi took some serious knocks and kept going. Gardos did look really excellent today, admittedly there as little to do defesively but he did his job and i thought the way he went forward was really good, looking to create with either a pass or a run.
