Carroll or Jazz on for Shelvey - we need to keep possession when we have it. Carroll / Jazz will do that better than long ball Shelvey. Then Gomis for Sig who needs to bust a gut for the next 10 minutes. Montero on for Dyer - let him run at those backs.
Not working for me - at least not yet. We're giving the ball away too much and Siggy looks a bit lost up front. My preference would be to bring Gomis on and run at them.
