Half time thoughts, until we scored we looked poor, but when you have quality, you can change a game in a second....Ramsey and Arteta been our two most poor players.

 

I think ozil plays better with Cazorla than wilshere.

 

I think Ramsey has played quite well tbh, a couple of very close shots and a great ball over to ozil for his missed volley.

Santi is better at drifting in wide than Ozil I will admit. They both do that when played on the left but Ozil is more at home in the middle. Would like to see us push for more goals and improve our GD and hopefully if City get the job doe only 3 or 4 points behind the Chavs (granted really should be 1 or 2 but ****ing Leicester)

 

Ramsey has improved since we scored, and Arteta has looked decent in possession, but fouly when defending

 

A five minute camieo of what we are about and look what happens,hopefully this is the catalyst for the season,want to see some solid defending in the second half to close this out.

 

Chesney's save at 0-0 was brilliant and so crucial

 

And I forgot the great ball from Ramsey that put ozil through to make the assist for Welbeck. Ramsey has actually played rather well..

 

A few reasons:

1. Ozil playing through the middle.
2. Ozil not being man marked for the first time in ages.
3. No quality DM playing for Villa.
4. Read my signature.

 

Good first half but we need to keep it up in the second. Hope we can score a few more goals.

I'll be happy if we see out the game without conceding now, but it'd be nice to get a couple of goals in the second half.

I would take Ramsey off, he's so poor today and becoming a liability now.

 

Ramsey's first touch has been really poor today but he has put in a lot of work.

 

Don't let the fact we haven't conceded fool you ... our set-piece defending is still diabolical.
