It's alright so far, Pards wants a goal to despertaely sit on but if Hull had abit more quality going forward they would have punished us already. Dummett has been particularly poor at times.

On this showing Pardew > Bruce. Bruce has better players at his disposal... surely?

Offensively tiote and sissoko both spoil the play, duno why both seem to think doin their silly lil turns or running with the ball respectively does us ni favours because chances to pass are often missed.
Our major problem offensively always appears to be our players havent been reminded to change their runs when the ball is passed from one player to another, i.e. If the ball changes from sissoko to janmaat u shud know vy now to start darting to the centre of the box.
Also riviere is pure gash, cant make quick passes and he cant hold the ball, he wud obviously fare better with another striker
    Aw and PARDS OUT

We are ok until we get to the final third and then we have nothing. Its obvious Rivierre needs a striker next to him, he cant lead the line he is not that type of player. I was reading some stats into his goals (as you do) at monaco and it was mainly because he was part of a two man strike force where he got his goals.

Cisse on for legouf on about 70 mins and we will win this. Unfortunately it will mean we will keep pardew but I want to win still!

Just rancid, pointless and dull. As I said before the match, it's 6 at the back and hope the front 4 - without shape, method or direction - break Hull down. Basically, the same as always. I suspect Hull will change it up a bit - I think Bruce was expecting more reaction from us and played it tight with banks of four, but I think he'll invite more open passing because we look timid and fragile. Knowing Pardew's HT track record, I have this down as a 1-0 or 2-0 win to Hull.

I expect that Much Loved Tactical Genius will go all out this coming half to protect this goalless draw.

Stick Gouf up top with Manu, Move moussa back and Colback forward a bit to go 4-1-2-1-2. Full backs for width and some freedom for Cabella

The best thing I've ever seen Cabella do, keep that ball in play there. £10 million worth right there <laugh>

Half time game... Which is the more one-sided comparison... Shearer vs Riviere, or a Sunday league player vs Cabella?

I don't really understand the crowd. It was deathly quiet from around the 30th minute, towards the end it was desperate. What's the point in 50,000 people paying money to just sit there, Ashley must be chuckling himself stupid inside. Either get on with cheering on the team, or get on with protesting against the owner, but apathy will be a worse death for this football club than either alternative.

Truthfully, our ground has teetering on zero atmosphere for the vast majority of the season. There's a roar when we score, but most come to watch on in silence. I think that's why politicians are promising standing zones now, they know it's a popular move.

    Right. Game over.

It's just a question of how many they win by now

Traded out at 6.2 for a massive guaranteed return on the match percentage wise. Pardew is, unfortunately, the gift that keeps giving. Just why can't he be at another club?

Do you know what this game has proved that nobody could have predicted?

We needed to buy a CB and a striker in the transfer window...:bandit:

Lol Cabella... Don't mind me but, Cabaye would have finished that any day of the week.

Just because Tiote scored one great goal a few years ago the commentators think it gives him free reign to blast shots into row z.
