He lived in the affluent area of south Dublin. I wonder if he's still claiming residency in Ireland, as 'artists' enjoy tax free status here.
Apparently. Scots rejecting independence is about English nationalism? Really? Another proud, Yes campaigning Scotsman who didn't actually have a vote. It's a theme.
Yep! I used to drink in one of his regular pubs in Camden, though. One of the blokes that worked there was from Glasgow, but that's about as close as he got to Scotland, I think!
He is not writing about living in Scotland though is he PNP, he is talking about what just happened. In any case most of the people who have commented in the MSM do not live in Scotland David ****ing Camperman does not live in Scotland. In fact the only one of the lying bastards who does is Gordon (one eyed lying git) Brown. Alister (I'll say anything to keep my job) Darling has a flat in Edinburgh which we all pay for. These ****s are enjoying their large brandies right now and breathing deep because of what they have just got away with. They will not rest easy for long.
http://bellacaledonia.org.uk/2014/09/19/wipe-your-eyes-on-your-feet/ You will be hearing a lot more about Robin McAlpine if you have not heard of him already. He is one the stars of the YES movement and heads up The Common Weal.
Good grief!! Do I hear accusations of politicians saying whatever they think people want to hear to obtain, or retain power. I am shocked! Really, whatever next??
We do, and we were there whereas you were just reading the bullshit. Like it or not the truth in this referendum was on one side only, because only one side had a case. The lies from the establishemnt will be now be steadily exposed. The first one is that by yesterday the 19th we would have a timetable to the new powers for Holyrood. Wherre is it? That was a clear promise presented by Cameron, Brown, & Milipeed. I will be very surprised if we see much at all in the way of 'more powers' for Scotland.
L I did far more than that, I assure you. I looked into some of Salmond's claims re use of currency, future economic projections, etc, and found them to be wildly optimistic, at best. At worst, downright misleading.
Yesterday was a dark dark day. Whilst a No vote keeps the working classes together and all but drills the final nail in Cameron and the Tory coffin what it shows more than anything is people are afraid of change. If you exclude the 65+ Yes would have won. A Yes vote would have defeated the elite and led to a massive wake up call for the LibConLab. It's evident that MP's are only interested in London & the SE and Scotland now faces certain austerity, poverty and so forth. If the Yes campaign had even 20% of the media backing Better Together had it would have been a Yes win for certain, the corrupt media/BBC swung things massively in favour of the No campaign though.
Economics is about opinion as well as well and you looked at right wing groups who gave the answers you like. My economists gave me the answers that I like. The facts remain, and I know what they are. Salmond was and is 100% right as you will find out.
Here is a good one, a set of predictions made by Alan on this video all of which have come true. As will many of the so called lies that we told
