The House of Lords will be ****ing every Scot when they veto the devo-max proposal. Scotland should have voted Yes.
There was no devo max proposal. It was vetoed outright by Westminster. It should have been a question on the ballot but that too was vetoed. We will get **** all now because they don't have to give us anything. Scotland spoke. Scotland shat it. In the coming months our ears will be ringing with no voters saying "but but but you promised...". What exactly? Nothing. And nothing will be duly delivered.
Anyway, a big thanks to all Scots who were sensible enough not to buy Salmond's unicorn in a poke. You've done your country proud.
I doubt that. Only 2 weeks ago they said we'll give you more powers if you stay and they can't even agree on what they are. The harsh truth is that Scotland shat itself in public and will now get whatever it's given, if anything at all.

Entirely possible but it's been going on. The bit i deal with is already devolved but we were all asked to draw up proposals.
How much power are you going to have by walking away from 2 unions, having a mickey mouse currency (or piggy-backing onto one where you have no control), not having a defence force able to defend your border and territorial waters, giving up your UN veto and leaving NATO?
It is disappointing isn't it? We had an opportunity for change and now we will never know what we could have achieved.
