teams I like and occasionally check up on Sunderland - obvious reasons Southend - done some occasional work for them years ago and was often given free tickets Kosice - lived there for a few years went to few games - they got into Champions League a couple of times was quite proud of that Tilbury - born there and went to a few games (Third Round of the FA Cup in the 70's) West Ham - lived near Upton Park (many years ago) for a while went to few games teams I don't like Millwall - idiot supporters Aston Villa- just because Grays Thurrock-my 'derby' local team that regularly beat Tilbury when I was young Swindon - lived there for while- a **** hole of a town Jaworznickie Stowarzyszenie Piłkarskie Szczakowianka - just because I wouldn't be able say it when inebriated

Like: Sunderland, Hertha Berlin from Germany, Barcelona (pr3-mid 00s onwards dominance) from Spain, Juve (due to a friend) in Italy, Celtic (think it was just because of Larsson, although dislike them for the politcal aspect), Lens from France- their stadium is bigger than the town. Dislike: Millwall, West Ham, Reading, Barca mid 00s onwards, the Old Firm- stick to football. Special mention for the scruffy lot. They're a necessary evil and how many laughs have they provided this season only a few games in.
Love it that were disliked by some on here. Love games with a bit of needle. The crowd & the atmosphere are usually good.
I only think you are disliked mate because you are so much like Middlesbrough with part-time fans. It's all hunky-dory at the moment and you lot are there in floods to enjoy and watch but if it goes tits-up big style a lot will disappear. Add to that Steve Bruce who was a shambles for us then there's your answer. SB was quite a success at Wigan, started well for us then it caved in. His admittance of never doing tactics or being able to understand computers, send emails etc for a modern day manager was the final nail in his coffin as far as a lot of ours fans were concerned. Hey, just enjoy your ride whilst it's happening & enjoy.. On a footnote, when the Cellnet was being built for Boro, the fans wanted the corners filled in but one of their directors Keith Lamb argued, what is the point of filling the corners in if we get relegated, have a bad start below and end up with 6000 fans. Like I said, enjoy whilst it's good..

We're a smallish club granted. However, i've seen plenty of full houses at the KC in the bottom divisions of the football league, we have some potential. We just need to realise it. Nobody at City cares how Bruce did at Sunderland. Managers tend to have bad spells. He's doing a great job considering all the stupid name change saga surrounding the club.
He might be asked to do a great job at Newcastle in the next couple of weeks. Especially if your lot turn them over tomorrow.
