OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

We would have won had it not been for danilo.

Him calling out Lucaaas saved your bacon as you guys were going to put billy or afc up against each other, when one of them was proved innocent vote off ye other in unison. I would have converted one of you making us 1 or 2 behind and when you lynched afc or bod and I killed off 1 other we had it all won.

Him giving up Lucaaas threw it as it was all very late we couldn't really adjust in time, bit of panic really. We should have played it cool and sacrificed Lucaaas (bit of rookie error there).

Danilo had to be punished by being converted so he ended up on losing team

My tactics were working perfectly. You guys fight between yourself and as was mentioned, we say back and let you guys do it and just split our votes around.

Did nothi first night to frame magic which worked, killed hash 2nd to throw you guys into more confusion and seem like the don had no idea what was going on.

Was a good game though and last night we had to go all or nothing to save me so I could kill. Unfortunately as it didn't work it have he game away of who was mafia (apart from billy who was sort of an unnoficial mafia given his defiance afc was guilty and inadvertadely helping us)

Until Lucaaas was named you guys didn't have any of us even close to eviction

I was surprised you went for Danilo, I would have gone for someone less obvious. Otherwise well played. And we really did need Danilo's intervention!

So you, Minxy, Lucaaas and Astro then, with Danilo converted?

 

Yeah Sky would of been killed instead TO BE FAIR, I didn't even know the rules and I logged in JUST as I started being accused. Next game will be another story

 

I just want to point out that once again I #epically won

Despite my apparent blow up in the first round (which WAS my standard innocent tactic and so I knew I could back it up in arguments, and meanwhile the Magic set-up went less noticed) I ended night two with only a single vote against my name and that was from Don IBWT

And I got no votes the next round either

ONLY the lucky Lucaaas reveal stopped us from destroying the town

Theory was along with hash it was a randomer and made Gerrez look like he was converted given he was the obvious choice to kill. Was also going to go for milk as he had the plan you lot followed but again it would have been too obvious he was telling the truth.

 

Well the hash kill worked out well. Billy after that was certain I was mafia and his conviction made me sure he was.. He threw himself in with a bad crowd

 

Loved how they all suspecting you and you managed to get off 2nd round and we managed to get them fighting amongst themselves again.

Tou townies made the first 2 days so easy as you all started blaming each other and as Astro said, only danilos lucky reveal of Lucaaas save you from being destroyed without even getting 1 of us close for lynching

Afc was a great help to us with his scatter fun approach making in seem very dodgy

I suspected Billy strongly too.
But I still had an element of doubt, which is why I ultimately decided to vote for you last night instead of Billy as everyone thought I would.
I was convinced you were guilty and thought If I voted for you I could confirm Billy's guilt if he rushed to your defence as I still wasn't 100% sure enough of Billy's guilt to vote for him.

Curious, when I came out 45 minutes before nightfall and voted for you, what kind of strategy did you put in place? I kinda get it was a "turn it on to AFCftw" by that stage, but I and many others were convinced of his innocence by that stage. When you all started voting for him to try save you, I was convinced I had done the right thing in going for you.
You would have been better off targeting someone whose innocence was less obvious, like maybe Billy or someone. If you had all voted for him, it may have persuaded myself and afcftw to follow suit.

 

I think myself and Bodanki and possibly a couple of others had a few of you figured out tbh. Not who the whole group was but a few people had guessed one or two of the mafia correctly and the others wouldn't have taken long to flush out.

My scatter gun approach didn't help others much but several of my posts where designed to get a reaction rather than what I was actually suspecting. I had a list of who I thought was guilty or likely guilty that I didn't post in my 600 odd replies

You did very well though, never thought you'd be the don. Thought you may well be mafia but not such an important member!

Astro was constantly in and out of suspicion and there is no chance he was going to be left alive as the numbers dwindled.

Lucaaas had been named before danilo gave him away but the group weren't going to vote him off until the info arrived. And you were named alongside him at the same time others didn't seem to go with this theory until later on though.

Could easily have gone the other way in this game I reckon.

 

Problem was I had 4 votes after that point quickly and in order to even save myself we needed to get someone with a similar number. Afc was he only person a non mafia member voted for (billy) so he was the only target we could get who could get close to the number of votes needed to take me to a coin toss.

 

We were bluffing Me and AFC = top diversion tactics....made you feel settled when we all knew all along

 

And, agreed Bodanki, if they had turned on billy instead it might have gone a different way.

 

Obviously... We had it all figured out

I don't think any of you had us figured until Lucaaas got evicted. At one point after day 1 the suspects up for vote or under suspicion are you bod billy and I think a couple like Gerrez and someone else had more votes than any of us 4.

Lucaaas being named was thre turning point and we made an error trying to save him when we should have say back and sacrificed him more easily.

Gerrez's idea of splitting votes nearly helped us though as have me and Astro an excuse to switch to someone else and nearly save Lucaaas for 1 more night.

 

We made a great team (you cheeky, suspicious batard )

 

Prior to lucaaas being out both myself and Bodanki claimed he was guilty. We had figured him out. I even got slightly over excited when I realised he was mafia and posted a "got ya" comment lol. Didn't vote for him at the time as I was sure billy was mixed into the triangle. After danilo outed him he was the obvious choice.

I'd told Astro if you were mafia then I thought he was as well.

And myself and Bodanki had claimed either you or lucaaas was going to step in at one point to effect the vote.

We had definitely figured the links between you lot.... Just billy was in the mix confusing things a little...

As I said, didn't have it nailed on who the four where, but had it narrowed down and pointed most of you out prior to the end of the game
