I'm fully expecting them to back-track or use some devious loophole to renege on a lot of their "Vows", especially as there is an election next year.

    The results are in
    Millions spent on a dream
Climate assessed and hopefully a few rats in Westminster given a wake up call?

I would of liked to have seen fresh ideas from a new positive Scotland but the old school tie has the power in the inner circle and that is a sad fact

Can only speculate but that's exactly where they want you

Back to work peasants and remember your place ... Have some more Wifi
Open up more Tescos extras as they are now England's new landmarks
Halloween next , Guy Fawkes and then the big one .. Jesus Day ...

    Ka Ching £

At least it made the governance look extra foolish or was it us again?

Labour have the biggest problem. Even if they win the largest share of seats in the 2015 General election for the whole of the UK they will not have enough English seats to force through England only legislation.

They currently have 41 seats in Scotland (compared to the Tories 1 and the Lib Dems 6).

Big issue this. With more powers going to the Scottish Parliament, Labour can no longer resist calls that their Scottish MP's can push through unpopular laws that affect the English only (as they did when tuition fees were brought in, in England). They'll try again for a federal England dividing the country into regions, but that was rejected by the North-East in 2004 when 3 in 4 people voted against. So an English Parliament, or at least English MP-only sittings at Westminster, beckon.

Then there's the referendum on Europe. If the Tories or a Tory-led coalition get in, call a referendum and there's a vote to come out of Europe, the Scots will demand another vote for Independence! If Labour or a Labour led coalition get in, refuse a referendum and find they can't get laws through in England now they no longer have their Scottish MP's support, we'll have an impotent government.

This is a real blow prisons in England, Yes vote meant Petty criminals would have been offered the Black and manned the wall ;)

Interest that DC is now stating all the countries will be given more rights not just Scotland (including England), bet he already has something in mind which will help his supporters, which as pointed out already aren't Scots, we could end up with some tit for tat politics.

If we get an "English Parliament" it will be another step down the road towards a "Downton Abbey society" and that's not even taking into consideration UKIP and an exit from the EU. We'll be fast tracked into a misery not seen for a hundred years or more except for the privileged and those earning £150,000 plus a year. Even for the likes of DT who wish to move to other EU countries it will be back to queueing round the block every three to six months for the "permis de sejour/permesso di soggiorno" like in the bad old days before the UK joined the EU.

No thanks, I remember it well, was a f**ing nightmare back then and it's a hundred times worse today.
