I'd be tempted to replace Lallana / Borini with Suso at some point, too.
Yeah I'd expect Hendo to occasionally roam forward, but mostly help Gerrard out. Lallana would be expected to rotate with the front two/three, keeping the attack as fluid and unpredictable as possible.
Thats who I would pick. Borini might not be the best, but his energy will be very useful and get us back to the diamond.

Are Lovren and Sakho playing just behind Migs up top? Can't recall Mankiller or Moreno ever being that deep for it to be the defence
