Think we can all safely see that the fat controller in his normally customary manner is getting Pardew to rewrite the script. One or two freebies or if Enrique goes maybe a spend of a couple of million. He is a cheapskate and dosen't deserve to own a club like Newcastle. When will the penny drop with people he has NO AMBITION for toon bottom 8 every year is fine for him only when the crowds drop significantly may he take any notice but till then get used to years of mediocrity. He won't spend more than 5 million on any player this transfer window fact it is disgraceful really but people still bang on about wages and how well he is running the club. We all know we cant match the big 4 or 5 but surely we deserve better than this. Just wish there was some hope but I really cant see anything at all Keegan was right on his comments lets be honest he may well be a bitter man but he knows full well how Ashley operates and he knows and has said we cant trust him his spin and lies he is only motivated by his own greed. We were very unlucky to end up with this complete and useless chancer

We have spent hundreds of millions in the past and achieved nothing at all. Lets not go down that road again

in actual reply to your post, i disagee with probably most of it.

    1) as mentioned in the first incarnation of this thread, there is still 2 months of the window. be patient
    2) last season we were a newly promoted team and finished 12th. thats a great achievement no matter who you are
    3) its fans like you who will ruin this club by influencing debt should the board hear your pleas to spend for the sake of spending
    4) we all know MA doesnt care about the club, he cares about his pockets. which will work mutually well for us because if the club doesnt do well, neither does his profits.

get a clue mate. stop putting everyone on a downer.

Looking at his post history he seems to have a personal vendetta against Mr Ashley.

Now I never jump to the defence of Ashley. However no one can deny that he has improved the club financially, and that he probably saved us from the administration.

    But free speech and all.

i cant understand why these idiot "fans" wont just let the club move forward. yes your intentions may be honest. but your opinions make the rest of us look like simpletons. the anti ashley crusades were 2 years ago. the guy has a business model. even if it is to only make a profit, the club has to be successful for that profit to be realised.

We are actually the sports direct of the premier league. Tickets are cheap but you dont get to see the expensive signings we used to get. If you want better quality you can pay more and watch chelsea

Expensive players who are actually worth their high price aren't going to come to Newcastle right now. There I said it.

The club needs to continue regaining a stable reputation, which includes balances finances, stable manager, stable table position, etc, and then maybe paying over the odds won't be as necessary to lure legitimate top class players to the club. The fact players like Ben Arfa, Tiote, and Cabaye have been attracted here, and AFFORDABLY, is to be commended, not jeered.

Funny how some people think other clubs can be run like Manchester City...

    **** off!

    1. You could have edited your original article instead of posting yet more ****.
    2. Would you actually prefer if we'd got the same 3 players for £15M? It's good business, you ****ing moron, get over it.
    3. We've spent money in all our recent transfer windows.
    4. We finished 12th this year and have already improved the team, not "bottom 8 every year".
    5. Most importantly, the transfer window is open for 2 months, now stop coming on here being such a twat.
    6. Ashley has to turn some profit, the club owes him 10s of millions of pounds, how do you expect that to disappear?
