Same could be said for Gus Joining us 6 games off the end of last season. These young managers want to take risks to make their name. It's worked out well for Gus so far, but Solskjær has just shown it doesn't always pay off. His career has just suffered a massive setback.
OGS should never have agreed to work with Tan, the guy is a ****ing loon. Plenty young managers get tossed away on the scrap heap for joining the wrong club, even R Di Matteo after winning the Champions League got binned... who's seen him in the last 12 months, I'm convinced Roman's had a hole dug for Bobby DM!
I don't know mate, it's worth noting last season that we caught the pack under Gus then got cut adrift again. It was a risky decision from Gus to come here imo, sooner or later a more stable club would have picked him up. You could say that OGS couldn't lose as they were relegation fodder long before he came. Most people had them for the drop. As Tel says there, about young managers on the scrap heap. All from taking risks. Despite how doomed we looked it was still a risk for him to join us. One I'm very happy that it paid off.
The Cardiff owner does seem to be bonkers, but in my opinion Cardiff fans, along with the Mags and Leeds, have the worst hooligan supporters in British football, so I have no sympathy with their plight..
Cardiff is a pigeon of a club, I can't stand them, it pained me to have to show them some level of support cos Ole was manager, now I can go back to thinking they're awful.
I'm guessing, all? Depends what you mean by fail though. How many of them have a trophy? Can't think of any.

I wonder if any other manager has managed so many players who have gone on to manage in the top flights of football. Bryan Robson Roy Keane Steve Bruce Mark Hughes Ole Solskjaer Ryan Giggs Paul Ince Laurent Blanc Gordon Strachan Graham Souness That's some list, aside from the bottom three, there's probably not a major honour between the lot of them as managers at first glance, correct me if I'm wrong.
Only Strachan and blanc can claim to have done well. Some have held their own but most havent done much at all. A lot of them don't seem to have picked anything up from him.
I'd argue a case for Souness as well, mind he only played for Fergie for Scotland for a short while! I thought Robson would do great at one point but he just fizzled away to obscurity.
Gus joined us 8 games into last season man! Ole, bad choice, and he's done a **** job too, he's failed on every level for me and this is no surprise at all.
Nah man, I left a comma out, made the sentence read different, I'm a punctuation ****wit mate. I meant with 6 games to go it looked like Gus coming here could have been seen as a risk gone wrong.
