But regurgitating old s**t as if it is new isn't helpful in my opinion! Fatty didn't care when he said this back then, Fatty didn't care about the head butt, the poor results, the lies etc! All that matters now is what he is showing this season and the biggest thing that everyone should be highlighting is that the tactics are still the same, there is no Plan B, our supposedly attack minded manager has isolated our best attacking person, the substitutions are all s**te - these are the FOOTBALLING reasons why he should be sacked! Would anyone have given a s**t if we were top of the league scoring handful of goals? No, of course not!

You would think a manager who regularly gets into spats with other managers and the press, who shows a spiteful streak when reporters ask him questions he doesn't like, a man who swears at his own supporters when they question his tactics, a man who tells the press that the supporters don't know enough about football to run a football club but he does, a man who freezes players who dare to question his authority out of the club no matter how much ability they have and ignoring their years of service, a man who has even inflicted injury on his own players in a dressing room bust up - you'd think that manager would be hated by supporters. When Sir Alex Ferguson did all of these things he wasn't hated because he was also a winner. DPP is correct. The issue is that Pardew's tactics and management style are not getting results and that is the reason he needs to go, not some daft comment taken out of context that was probably just a badly thought out answer.

The only thing I am gleaning from this thread is that I actually find myself in agreement with Fredor. Fair play, anything is possible.

 

I think it is just Pardew laying the foundations for his excuses in 2018. When the latest academy lot come through and Pardew destroys their skills and confidence he will tell us all that he said that they were thick!!
