OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

I think honestly no.. you need to be able to change your vote or everyone will sit round doing nothing. everything can be a tactic. I do not agree with multiple threads as it will pollute the LFC board and draw issues of people complaining about number of threads. SOME voted 5 and 6 times a day mind. tnobody was put at risk because of it though. the next game the first day that voting could prove fatal and then the rest could be much less each day... you never know.

This works fine. But the timing is not perfect for night fall... I feel 5pm would be better as then SOME (not all) but some can then do what they do psend the hour of 4-5pm counting votes and avoiding work rather than avoiding kids.

Its easy to post night time and then day time and let it go once the count is right. If you leave for an hour to do anything at 7pm it goes nuts.

 

Whatever action the mafia take, the remaining cop will be dead come night five.

If they attack the cop tonight, I may have protected him. If not, he's dead.

If the attack me tonight, I'm dead and unable to protect anyone leaving them free to kill the other cop tomorrow.

It is currently 7:4 in the towns favour. Assuming the mafia assassinate me (or any other townie), then the next round will be either 5:4 or 6:3 depending on the lynch. This means the game WILL go into a fifth night.

Of course, if the mafia attempt to kill the other cop but I've protect them then it will be 6:4 or 7:3. The latter would be superb

Basically, right now there are two priorities:

1) find the unconverted cop
2) lynch a mafia body


Edit: they wouldn't be able to kill the other cop tomorrow as they wouldn't have any actions left therefore, they ARE going to attempt to assassinate the cop tonight!

 

I won't mind once i can work a way to be on from 7pm to 8pm. Last night i took kids to park then got asked to pick someone up who was 10mins away and ended up not back wil 7:45 so had 10 pages to check.

Its all up to choice. Hold your vote, don't hold your vote. switch don't switch. it is the nature of the game it seems.

 

Bod wasn't at risk at the time of investigation (second night)

 

On day two when Bodanki was investigated everyone had already hung magic out to dry. Don't see why Bodanki would have been protected there unless he was the don. And given how he has been repeatedly in the firing line I highly doubt he is the don. The most logical outcome when looking at the evidence is that he is innocent.

Reasons? Did Danilo say he'd investigated Milk first night? What reasons for me and Minxy as Don? Why are Bod and AFC considered innocent despite their relentless pursuit of Billy The Innocent?

Gerrez, your spot on, they will try and kill an investigator tonight. S we need to figure out if they converted the other one last night.

I'd like to hear from skylarker and danilo to get more of an idea.

Yeah that just occurred to me, plus the fact he could have been converted too as a "known innocent"

 

Milk and nozzer voting for each other to stay under the radar? Curious why each of you has voted for the other, care to elaborate?

 

Surely knowing an innocent was about to get lynched the only logical choice was to protect the don though? Who else would they bother protecting if none of them were under threat. Protecting the Don seems like exactly the RIGHT choice surely (just incase someone tried to investigate him)

Maybe the person protected the second night IS the key

 

Billy is the obvious target but the mafia don't want to kill him because he is mafia! As soon as someone else proposes an alternative I bet the votes stack up.

 

The don reason was just for being quiet in case of Minxy, and for you for your perceived quietness. You are quite active but nothing controversial and people have commented on how "clean" you've been playing.

 

The logical choice would be to protect whoever was likely to get investigated. Bodanki was never the obvious choice.

 

Danilo said he investigated Milk and that he was innocent. Not sure whether that was the first or second night but seems irrelevant since Danilo also told us who Lucaas was. Unless of course you buy into the conspiracy theory that the mafia sold him out. If that's the case then the other cop really needs to be stepping forward.

Sky said he investigated Hash on the first night and he was innocent (since been proven), Bod on the second night and he was innocent (Lucaas voting for Bod in the first round putting Bod at risk suggests Bod is innocent too)
