OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

Lucaaas was going to be killed anyway- you had a 50/50 chance of Danilo being a cop... I would have protected Danilo... even if he ended up Mafia- it's not like you would have prevented the vigilante getting him.

 

So Milk, do you think Nozzer is protecting Billy?

 

Ok I'm back and I've caught up... For god sake guys....

How is it possible billy has gone from prime suspect to not even on anyone's radar...

He is obviously mafia. Every time he was in trouble in the last round votes changed within minutes. Every single time.

At the end when people asked for a split vote the obvious choice was billy (Bodanki on similar votes had been called innocent by sky and not disputed) but instead some half arsed attempt at going for someone else arrived.

Billy should be very much in the frame for mafia.

Of course I am. That's why I voted for him.

 

No he's going after Billy when it makes no sense to go after Billy. At one point the vote seemed to be Lucaaas vs Billy.... It makes little sense for the Mafia to have establish Billy as the alternative to Lucaaas if Billy were mafia. The claim was "Danilo only implicated Lucaaas to save Billy".

 

What point was that?

 

If we get a few votes down for billy I'm sure we will see movement. Lucaaas saved billy from suspicion when he changed his vote in the last round and went mad at me for suggesting such a thing.

Billy is guilty.

Nonsense mate, every time billy was an option votes changed to save him. Happened more than once in the round. At the end billy was the obvious choice to go for yet a half arsed go at Bodanki came in at the end.

Billy is clearly guilty.

 

OK... I've been wrong before. Wrong about Bod, wrong about Magic... but why Billy?

Can anyone give me a rational explanation?

Every time? We've only completed three days. He wasn't in the running day one- and on day three the cop told us who the Mafia was. Day two it was Magic by a long way- and no one else above two votes.

 

And before I get accused of being mafia for not agreeing with the general line of thinking (which so far looks like nonsense to me) I was the first person to finger lucaaas in the last round.

If Billy is the Don then sacrificing Lucaas makes partial sense. Billy was at risk when Danilo piped up with the Lucaas accusation so its possible Danilo was protecting Billy. The reason I say partial because I wouldn't have sacrificed the mafia investigator, I'd have given up the goon first!

Ok, he starts the game quietly but making the odd appearance, in the first round he influenced others votes but cast a fairly low key vote himself. He was involved in voting for dead innocent people and has voted the same way as lucaaas. He what's been present without making an impact as much as possible which is suspicious.

Then, as soon as hash died he came out as confident as anything that I was clearly guilty and IBWT voted for me too. No-one else took the bate and soon enough Bodanki was the new target. Every time billy was in danger the vote changed within minutes of him looking in danger.

And finally when he was the obvious choice for a split vote at the end, no-one went for him.

Man this game gets more confusing

 

Every time - as in, in the last round there were about 3 times that billy looked the favourite to go, and every time the voting switched around very quickly to stop him being in the running.

 

That was a possibility. Also voiced by yourself, thus also implicating you, and more strongly by Gerrez, we we are fairly certain was innocent last round. No-one really pushed for a Lucaaas vs Billy vote. Besides which, Danilo being innocent and saying what he knew about Lucaaas hardly suddenly makes Billy go from a prime suspect to definately innocent, as Danilo was presumably acting independently of Billy (regardless of whether Billy is mafia or innocent). If he wasn't acting independently, then they're both mafia.

The same could also be true for Bodanki, but given that Sky investigated him he's more likely to be innocent for now.

You also seemed to be fairly certain that one of Billy or Bodanki was mafia. Given that Danilo was presumably acting independently, what makes you suddenly think that neither are mafia? Or are you suspecting Bodanki?

 

I've aired my suspicions constantly, it's the best way to get reactions out of people. Lucaaas I figured out before danilo posted and billy is obviously guilty and when you all realise I'm right about this one too you'll listen to me more
