OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

When did Danilo say you were innocent? He may have done and I may have missed this? I thought first we heard from Danilo wa that Lucaaas was guilty which is obviously true.

So you think Nozzer is mafia? Can you explain how Billy is probably innocent given Lucaaas is guilty? I'm just trying to follow some reasonins as I'm properly lost

 

Sticking to my previous vote to make sure I've at least got a vote off? (I've voted early every round, and then have changed later if desired.)Also, how has Billy has been vindicated?

You seem to be directing our voting patterns. That makes you a reasonable target.

 

You obviously know we can't trust you 100% given you were prime candidate for being converted, especially since you weren't even close to being up for vote like unlike Danilo who towards the end there looked like he may be going in a 50/50 coin toss.

 

What the Town know based on last night's vote:
Nozzer, Astro, and IBWT are all very likely Mafia.

Gerrez, Sky and Danilo are innocent (but one is probably guilty because of conversion).

Bodanki and myself are most likely innocent (unless converted last night- unlikely)
Billy is most likely innocent (again- unless converted last night- but that makes little sense)

Minxy, AFCFTW are probably innocent too.


It is possible that one or more of Nozzer, IBWT and Astro is not guilty- and one of the ones I put as innocent is really guilty if they thought ahead to what Lucaaas's death would bring- but that is the short list.

It would be good to know what Sky and Danilo found out this time. And then whether we trust them.

 

Why would they recruit someone (innocent but no role) who was high up in the votes they must have converted Danilo, Sky or Greez or they're mad

 

I always was and still am innocent.

 

I like to think I've earned trust in this game already but yes, in aware there will be doubts.

I've not been converted. I wanted to be but I haven't. I can't protect myself tonight either so I need to establish whether it was sky or Danilo that went so I know who to protect.

I also think we can work done things out now we've nailed Lucaas

 

Lets look at the what's happened each night.

first night nothing - very odd behaviour from don.
2nd night - kill hash - again very odd random behaviour from don
3rd night - conversion

Would that conversion be predictable Gerrez/Danilo/Sky or would they again go random and convert someone who seems to be dictating the play a lot (and is experienced in the gae therefor very useful to have onside) aka you... or even someone that's gone under the radar a bit like Nozzer or Minxy?

 

By the time I logged in Lucaaas had 7 votes and I was asking whether we were all fine with that or wanted to engineer a coinflip

Had to go out on a family emergency to A & E - have I missed voting and investigating?

I didn't say it was likely, just that it was possible. I would add Milk to that list as he is the most prominent in getting people to vote. Alternatively, they may have gone for someone low-key to make them harder to root out.

 

1) Billy was the main candidate for expulsion other than Danilo/Lucaaas.
2) Those who didn't want Lucaaas killed were pushing for Billy.
3) The don't vote Lucaaas off troupe based their logic on Danilo being Mafia and trying to save Billy.

It stands to reason that before nightfall Billy was likely innocent... and unlikely to have been converted at night because... well he wasn't a power role, and also was someone of a little suspicion by some.

It might have. But I said before nightfall that the three of you were very possibly Mafia and I'm still saying the three of you are very possibly Mafia. My pre and post nightfall comments are consistent. Therefore it is unlikely I was converted last night.

 

We know there has been a conversion so trusting Danilo or Sky's is going to be tricky as one of them is probably converted (or Gerrez) but what if that's what they want us to think and both are actually innocent and they've converted someone random to make us doubt our most valuable players?

I think you've missed quite a bit: Danilo is a town investigator (unless he's been converted). Did you investigate yesterday?

 

I can't protect the same person twice in a row. This makes my movements easier to predict

I can't find info out either so I'm not of great use to the town either really.

Converting a cop makes a lot more sense as it prevents us from finding information as quickly.

 

Why did you protect yourself ..... surely Danilo would have been more of a target for the Mafia as he had proved he was an investigator

If I was Mafia I would have presumed you were protecting Dan & gone for Sky ...... as you couldn't protect him

As Sky wasn't killed ..... Does that make him Mafia

 

Wow, that's very odd considering he's the only one we have proof off that was telling the truth about his role.
