My pass in in E4 works out at £27.05 per game. If I was to buy each ticket individually it would work out at £31.74. The only way I'd loose out would be if I didn't go to every game.
It seams that you're obsessed with the big teams? I'm obsessed in getting a good deal! I don't want to sit there thinking I'm losing on this match but I'll gain on another! Everyone says football is a business! But no others business would get away with it! I don't want anything for nothing but I don't want ripping off! AA said he wanted the people of hull to be able to go to a game for £10!!! Well that's gone out of the window I think!
If you thought that, why did you buy passes? The matchday prices and season ticket prices were announced at the same time, at least you knew what your options were.
Your pass isn't based on a 19 game basis, you're not paying total cost / 19 for each game. Your pass is figured out on a game by game basis
If you don't understand the concept and benefit of a season ticket, you maybe shouldn't have bought them, choosing to pick and choose your matches based on price instead. If you use your season-ticket correctly, you have no grounds for complaint. Just saying like...
The stoke game was a footnote at the end of my rant about HDM not asking the question about AA upping the passes 30% when he didn't get his own way with the name change! But I still stand by the fact that a lot of other sports have season pass holders who save on tickets by buying a pass! Like I said I don't mind the club charging extra! Far from it but in my opinion no one would get away with it any other business. Fc & rovers have fixed prices for matched day and advertise that you get 5 games for free by buying a pass! City might even sell more if they marketed it properly! It's all about opinions.
I understand perfectly well what I'm paying!!! But our season passes aren't the benchmark! And can you try and not sound too condescending?
You are saving on the price of tickets. A season pass is just that, a pass which entitles you to go to every game. If you go to every game then you will have saved money. You will have saved in more with your kids tickets compared to paying at every game for them. Virtually every club has games where a low category game will cost less than the season pass holder has paid. In fact it is guaranteed they will at Derby and elsewhere who use dynamic pricing. However they aren't guaranteed tickets unlike a passholder. Neither do they get first dibs for cup tickets, semi finals, finals etc. only at City would you get a complaint like this. Do you take a calculator along to divide your pass by 19 and compare the price people have paid on the day?

I have to admit that the thought of you at the Stoke game, sat with steam coming out of your ears 'cos you feel like you've been ripped off, has given me a right chuckle. Are you originally from West or South Yorkshire, or are you descended from either of those areas? I only ask as I usually find those folk to be tight stroppy fookers too
