OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

Either you, Minxy or Danilo is a cop and we really need your input.

 

You realise in both round one and two I tried to get him voted off? I've changed my mind a lot on bod, I've saved him once, I've explained my stance on him over and over again. I'll do it once more. It is not just based on my hunch and on reading the thread back, or even that he seems a regular target to distract from others. But from the fact that skylarker has said he is innocent and not a single person has disputed it, thus the best information we have is that Bodanki is innocent.

So going purely on the evidence we have the logical thing to do is not to kill the innocent guy...

Your all totally ignoring the very valid logic behind the Bodanki situation.

 

Day one you voted for him but saved him last minute claiming "you knew he was innocent". Ever since then he's the only person you haven't considered as mafia with no logical reason why.

 

So provided sky is right and no-one is telling us he isn't, which suggests he is, then those voting for Bodanki are doing so against the logical decision.

When you add that to the fact all those currently voting for Bodanki also voted magic off in the last round and all voted for one of the three who went to coin toss in the first, it's hardly baseless accusations.

 

Ok, I think I've said this 3 or 4 times just on this page of the thread now.

Sky has said Bodanki is innocent, no-one has disputed this, thus it is the best we have to go on, thus assuming Bodanki is innocent is the only stable bit of evidence we have to go on.

If Bodanki is the don- then the snitch would have been protecting him (most likely). If Bodanki is the don then it would explain why Astro (if he is Mafia) and AFC (if he is Mafia) both made such reckless last minute moves to help save him. (of course theoretically you could both be innocent even if Bodanki isn't).

Well knowing I'm innocent and thus Bodanki would of been left in the firing line by Astro even if he is mafia, makes me certain he isn't the don.

 

If we're saying Bod is mafia then Sky must be mafia as well considering his claim that bod is innocent. Unless the unlikely scenario of the snitch getting involved occurred, Sky and Bod are on the same team. So we either believe Sky or we don't.

You obviously don't want to believe Sky but with no one else claiming to be a cop, what choice do we really have?

 

I think he has acted very suspiciously but no-one has disputed he is the doctor and I'm not sure if that makes him innocent, or if it means the doctor is still hiding hoping to save someone today..

Currently I'm leaning towas him being innocent but I'm still undecided.

 

I don't think it unlikely the snitch protected Bod IF he is the Don... and I do suspect Sky- but you're right without anyone else coming out as cop he looks more and more trustworthy.

I don't know that I do. Just based on the way he was waiting and observing, and being present but not obviously overtly influential.

It's as much a tactical vote as anything else at the moment.

 

See, I think it is unlikely Bod is the Don. He was very active on the first day so why no assassination or conversion? Why would the Don be active on the first day and put themselves at risk too?

Mafia maybe, but he's not the don which is why I think the snitch cover is unlikely.

I wish IBWT would stop lurking and actually post. I wish Minxy would show up and I wish Danilo would show up so that they can confirm if they have a role or are regular townies.

Tonights vote is critical and we need to know as much as we can.

 

I'm not mafia. Astros vote would of left Bodanki with a chance of dying. No chance the mafia would let the don be at risk in the first round without trying to save him. Thus Bodanki isn't the don.

So if sky did investigate him then I have no doubt it is correct and he is innocent.

The only question is whether to believe sky. And since no-one else claims to be an investigator there is no reason not to. Therefor I can only assume both sky and Bodanki are innocent. And in turn any mafia based around connections with those two is more likely to be wrong.
