OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

Well bear in mind not only my innocence but also who I support

 

They are spread. They aren't evenly spread across the board but they are spread quite close (only one vote between most) so the Mafia will get itchy feet if they look like they could be losing one of their team, especially if its the Don (doubt it). I keep saying it, its about watching the reactions! Pinning votes on one, two or three people is being hopeful that one of them is Mafia, its quite possible that none of them are: aka the first night with Bod, RHC and then me (assuming Bod is innocent)

 

Your repeatedly hanging onto hash's dieting words. He thought I was mafia. He was wrong. He got killed and is now easy cover to go for me. It's far too obvious. You've got to be mafia or clueless and I think it's the former.

 

Only Mafia wouldn't want a split (unless they're all innocent).

How did you know Hash was on a diet (probably still is in fairness)? Were you watching him eat salad before you blew his head off?

 

If we know someone is mafia then why would we want a split?

I'm fine with a split if we actually learn from it, but to me this game is set up to take me out easily without anyone learning a thing.

 

A vote for me is never wasted. Unless we're playing mafia, because I'm innocent.

Well true I'm none he wiser about he rest either but at the moment those two seem to be pushing for eah other so I assume it's because 1 is mafia and wants to push votes too the other who is innocent. They both can't be mafia unless they're playing a very clever game? Both innocent? Possibly but the way they are talking suggests they have a good idea that he other isn't..

 

I consider innocent; Gerrez, Bodanki, Sky, astro, afcftw

The remaining people and my guess (based on activity) as to whether they are likely to be the don if they are mafia:

not don if mafia; Milk, Nozzer, IBWT

don if mafia; Minxy, danilo, Lucaaas, Billy

I can vote for one of the potential dons but don't have enough to pick a specific one yet.

 

But how do you know they are Mafia? Surely involving them in a split would be better since there would be a Mafia movement to try and save that person?

ATM, it is being suggested that you or Billy is definitely Mafia. I'd say put you both in a split early on and then sit back and watch what happens. If the votes suddenly slide one way or the other then it gives us some more information.

You need to remember that there are four Mafia and seven townies. Therefore, to pick one person out as definite Mafia you not only need to be certain, but you need to have evidence to convince the others to follow suit too.

I would take the assumption that they got at each other and dominated the conversation. They may well both be wrong and the Mafia are sat laughing.

 

If Hash got hit by Mafia then I reckon Minxy could be the don. They're good friends and wum each other to death on GC. PLus minxy hasn't been around much, therefore I've been able to get on with my investigations unharmed.....
