Lallana was ok last night. He doesn't look fit yet and obviously isn't best used out right. He'll be good when fully fit and slotted into the diamond with Sturridge etc. Still had a few decent touches, did his trade-mark drag back thing a few times and had two shots blocked in the box which would've given us the lead. It's a case of more to come I think.
You are probably right...if he is given time by the fans. Easy to end up the scapegoat when this season doesn't go as well as last season.
I am grateful for the time that we got out of Lallana and only wish him well at Liverpool. Cant be doing with holding grudges - all this t...beard stuff makes me shake my head in dismay. However i hope that Lallana fails miserably if he is in the team when we play Liverpool in the future, and inside a football stadium i will certainly be giving him stick for 90 minutes along with the rest of us !

I think the fact that he has even ruffled the feathers of the most even-handed, level headed of Saints supporters goes some way to revealing how badly the general feel is about Lallana [sorry, Twatbeard]. I'm sure there are one or two out there who have reasoned out their angst about his move by now, but the majority are still a bit pissed off. His initial failure at Liverpool and Saints ability to make giant strides without his magical Cruyff turns, is going some way to easing the tension.
