OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

Bodanki was very suspicious early in the game, milk seems to be pulling the strings, minxy seems suspicious... My guess is Astro for the other mafia with curiosity about a couple of others.

 

Well I obviously age with the honesty, throw everything on the table approach. I just don't know how to implement it.

We need our two cops to come out and tell us what they know. They've had two nights now, that's potentially four investigations.

So far we've had mistake after mistake by townies. We need to start working together and form a plan.

 

Agreed, we need to hear from our investigators.

 

Be interesting to see what Sky found out tonight. Milk seems to be suggesting he could be a mafia investigator though

I cannot give tactic advice as games master but you should all think about things from here

I think it'd be good to get an idea of what everyone is thinking. If people would list everyone and what there suspicions are I think it'd help.

Milk - Uncertain. Doing a decent MITO impression. Tend more to innocent than mafia.
Nozzer - 100% innocent.
Minxy - Skirting round the edges. Tend more to innocent than mafia.
Danilo - Completely disappeared. Lying low?
afcftw - Goes around spreading confusion. Mafia tactic or just clueless? Currently tending to mafia.
lucaaas - Very suspiciously quiet.
IBWT - Dunno. Not the most obvious candidate.
Billy can - Seems to be playing a perfect mafia game, doing nothing suspicious, and therefore making himself suspicious
Gerrez - either the doctor or the mafia. 50-50.
Bodanki - Tend to mafia.
Sky - Either framed or mafia.
Astro - Quite possibly mafia.

Since I've announced I'm the town doctor and would have to protect myself in the next round but then said I was willing to sacrifice myself for the good of the team (ie protect a cop instead of myself), I should probably make a few ground rules as to what constitutes taking one for the team.

I will be protecting myself primarily. However, if one of the (claiming to be) cops makes noises about who they've found, I need to see them getting the backing from several posters before I change doctor alliance. In other words, three or four posters telling me to protect could be mafia. However, this many or more would make it pretty obvious who I was protecting. Therefore, I am willing to take one for the team should all cards be placed on the table OR someone manages to convince me otherwise. Of course, I could protect myself this round but that leaves me wide open in the next!

 

Milk - he's been involved in voting for the dead innocent people, something about him is making me suspicious. I'm thinking potential mafia. My current vote is with him.

Nozzer - I keep fluttering back and forth between innocent and guilty. He seems to be associated with others I find suspicious. Still 50/50

Minxy - a late vote, not having an impact on the outcome, possibly trying to stay under the radar and vote for people with an outside suspicion. Possible mafia don? Leaning towards mafia.

Danilo - still a total unknown, I hope someone investigated him. And if they haven't they should.

Afcftw - I know I'm innocent and that I've been erratic, but it's all in the name of figuring this whole thing out. I've enjoyed it so far! 100% towns person with no role.

Lucaaaas - very quiet, needs to be investigated.

IBWT - leaning towards innocent but not enough to go on.

Billy - he's a contender for mafia don with his style of influencing things without incriminating himself, posting a lot without being noticed. 50/50 whether he is mafia or an investigator

Gerrez - i was suspicious of him but his explanation of being the doctor could explain that. I'm leaning towards him telling the truth

Bodanki - I let him off in the first round and ever since I've been worried he is actually mafia. He acted suspicious early on and then lurked a lot in the next round to avoid suspicion. Votes have piled up on him as a backup but that could well be a mafia trick. Leaning towards mafia.

Skylarker - still 50/50 investigator or mafia. Waiting to see what he says his investigation showed up

Astro - I genuinely believed his first round stuff but then he unwavering in his vote for magic. When questioned he said the online/offline stuff was at least something to go by but then didn't get involved in discussion about voting for anyone else. He was set on magic. Leaning towards mafia.
