OT: Mafia game thread starts Sunday 8pm 14/9/14

We don't really seem close to that yet though. Man, this evening sucks so far!

 

I feel like I have completely lost the plot

Hash being killed has completely thrown me ..... I just can't see the sense in that move at all

 

Unless... as I said, it's to make Sky look like he really is the cop.



DR fell for Danilo's ruse last game because Danlio said he knew Sky was innocent. It just so happens that DR had also researched Sky and saw that. I think Mafia are trying same tactic here with saying Hash is just a townie... and then killing him to prove it.

 

Maybe that was the sense? It gives it little to go on, except possibly incriminating Sky? Or, as Milk says, hoping we'd trust mafia Sky?

 

But did you know that he was innocent because you are Mafia ?

 

Who is more important to the town - the doctor or the investigator? We have two investigators and one doctor, i.e. if they all make themselves known, it'd take the mafia three nights to kill/convert them all, by which point the game will pretty much be up anyway. Is it worth people coming out and working together?

 

I wish to clarify that I am writing a little story on each action

With rhc I did the wheelchair access
With magic I wrote a little story and at the end added he is vigilante
With hash I said he was killed mafia style and the cops had no reason to suspect him I.e. Innocent

I'm happy to be sacrificed for the sake of the team but how do we know anyone claiming to be a cop is telling the truth?

We all seem like reasonable people, I don't think any of us would lie.

To be fair, that's only an issue if there's more than two people. Otherwise the remaining investigator could cry foul. Of course, the mafia could do this as well once the two investigators have revealed themselves, but then at least we'd have some names in the hat.

It's probably not a good idea to be honest, just throwing it out there.
