There's no doubting Bony is a very good player, but I'm always impressed by his ability to blaze over the bar, when it might be easier to score. With a bit of luck we'll get that Bony on Saturday.
José Fonte on Instagram: "Everyone to Wales on Saturday!!! We will need you guys as loud as possible to help us get a result!!! #WEMARCHON"
I expect the momentum to build, optimistically fancy a 2-0 Saints with the goal machine Pelle to bag a brace, with Fonte marshalling the troops as the back for another shut out! Anyway here's hoping!
SFC didn't take the full allocation...not about our fans not buying tickets, we sold out the allocation in no time.
Wait till JayRod's back... Looking forward to this one. I love football when both teams are trying to win, regardless of the result. No prediction as to the result. Vin
Evening all. I see this game as a very tight affair, only thing there will be one goal it. I think it will be a draw but any side could just nick it just hope it's us with Bony getting off the mark. Only change I can see Monk doing is the enforced one with Amat out injured and Fernandez starting. Then the subs will be Gomis for Bony, I really rate Gomis very different to Bony and should have scored against Chelsea that would have put us 2-2. Montero to come on for Routledge or Dyer, Montero is lightening quick, and will cause lots of problems. I just wish I could have gone down this weekend, but have to wait until the return game at St Mary's. Have a good trip if your going to the game, and if anybody is, grab me some Rissoles from Rossi's, chip shop right by the stadium oh I miss them.
It will be a close game that has a draw written all over it but i have a good feeling we will win 2-1 with sigs and bony the scorers....
Smart money says none. He won't be feeding anyone from Wanyama's back pocket. They won't, but feel free to keep fantasising.
