Anyone else get turned away from the turnstile they normally use last night and got told they had to use another ?

coming from over the footbridge ive used the south stand one at the bottom of the steps for the last 10 + years but now looks like ive got to go round to the turnstile entrance next to the west stand then double back on myself once in the ground....****ing ridiculous !

whos bright idea was this it just creates more traffic....who to complain to, any fans n club meetings coming up ?

Yep, me too. Didn't need to for the other games, but now I've got to walk along the outside of the ground to walk back along the inside of the ground to my seat, even though the nearer turnstiles were totally empty.

Since being moved to the North Stand we've been told we can't go through the away part of the east stand to get to the Argyll Street footbridge after the match, but the stewards allowed the away fans to come out of the east stand past the fences and to mingle with the home fans.

    Jobsworths are taking the piss.

I'm sure one of the turnstiles in the north stand wasn't in use last night. With quite a big queue to get in it's not good.

another stupid idea from the club when you walk past an empty turnstile you would normally use to use another further away then find yourself having to double back once your inside the ground !

They've done that from the off. There's a queue of home fans waiting to go north, while they send away fans out onto the perimeter road to find their own way out, which leaves them standing out as they end up having to climb over the fence onto the walkway to mingle with the home fans exactly as they did on the way in.

    **** Policing.

I e-mailed James Mooney after OLM had mentioned the last fans meeting was poorly attended, and told him I'd like to attend the next one. He said it was to be around the Lokeren home game and he would let me know in advance. Still waiting.

I believe there was one originally planned for last week, but it got shelved when AA decided to call a press conference.

Yes, turned away from the turnstile I have used for years, the lad in there told me that I have never been able to use that one.
Ridiculous I had to walk a lot further around , then once on the concourse double back to my seat.

I put this on another thread earlier, there were only 4 turnstiles in use for the whole of the North stand last night, and 6 closed, plus one of them was a cash turnstile so you couldn't use your season pass on it.

The queue was a joke, just as it was for the Lokeren home game at the North stand.

    It needs sorting fast.
