    Had a squash league match tonight. 2/2 wins now. Both 3-0 (best of 5 games) and took about 10 minutes. Need to get myself into a harder league. Two more matches in this league cycle to go (5 players to a league).

    I had the nasty man-flu around this time last year. No signs of it this year touch wood. Made myself a massive vat of tomato, red pepper and chili soup... the spice clears you out good and proper. Combine that with vicks rub in a bowl of boiling water, put your face over it, towel over your head and breath in the fumes. Cap off with several pints/shots.

    I am the boss but we work as a team most of the time making decisions jointly. I just get the final say. I wasn't going to go in this morning but had a important meeting this morning. The others told me to go home afterwards and I obliged <laugh>
