Great win for United today and what appears to be a new start. But I can't believe the amount of Manchester United fans ignoring RVP and flippantly saying he should be dropped. I've covered the key points in my latest vlog https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vJfGEzv8d2I&list=TL98bVJFpm5dnbSC5OlpBoPmmtd1JnCE and challenge anyone to say I'm wrong. The man is world class and he's done more for Manchester United than most.
Agreed. He's not firing on all cylinders yet but as discussed in my vlog there's a huge swathe of fans willing to sacrifice him to get Falcao and Rooney in the team. You don't do that with World Class players. City and Liverpool would kill to have RVP at the moment.
RVP is not fully fit. When he is he'll be back. He is class and what do they say about class and form? An attack of RVP and Falcao with Rooney gives plenty of options.
I think we can only play 2. Mata has to play in the hole for me, so it's 2 from Rooney, RVP and Falcao
He is fully fit according to LVG, thing is if Mata has passed it to him instead of scoring and Falcao squared it to him and he buried them to score 2 goals no one would have said anything.
I can't see RVP being dropped against Leicester but we'll see. Mata is a different story. It would be criminal to drop him but I can see it happening. Personally I'd keep the same side and work Falcao in slowly.
I stopped watching your vlog when you said RVP was Now Magazine's best looking footballer 2012. Shocked and appalled it wasn't Phil Neville
I'd love that. As you can see from the picture on my blog, Phil's my hero! Anyway, back to reality. LVG will keep the same 11 on Sunday and rightly so. 1, he shouldn't change a winning side and 2 it's better for everyone if Falcao has to play his way in to the team. It sends the right message out. My only concern was the comments about Rooney being undroppable. That could be bad news for Mata. Who I think should be playing in that number 10 role above anyone.
