Nah - for once a Red Scum win would be preferable. Don't want any of the likely strugglers to pick up any unlikely wins.

Why? We wont be one of the strugglers this season-we'll be a rival of Man Utd for 7th place :)

It's nice to dream - but it's really hard to see anyone breaking up the normal top 7. If we finish in the top half of the 8-20 mini-league, we'll have done well.

Savage on 5 Live: "Angel Di Maria is value for money. He was the best player at the Champions League final, and Argentina could have won the World Cup if he had stayed fit. Would you not say £59m is value for money, in today's current market, for one of the best players in the world at the moment?"

    gtf, you peanut-brained show pony.

Everything that Savage ever says is wrong, even if it's right.

But also, Di Maria is quick and has good days but has also frequently shown his shortcomings. He's not one of the world's top 5 or 6 players, and thus not worth £60m - especially to a United team that has promise in that area but is so lacking at CB and CM.

No way in hell is Di Maria worth £60m.

He's very good, but not world class. If he was Real would never have let him go.

£59m being 'value for money' for a start.

Also, when will people ****ign take note and finally accept that Caulker is crap?

    Glad to see others agree.

Chelsea got Diego Costa AND Fabregas for the same price. Now that's what I call value.

Tweeter quoted on BBC text: "Peter: This is unbelievable, sensational stuff. A side who have spent more that any English club in history in a single window is beating one of the worst Premier League sides of all time at home! Give them the title now."

    Quite.

There's no better CM in the world at the moment IMO.

Just because other players go cheap (Costa and Fabregas) doesn't mean that it's not a great bit of business.

    When using the "World Class" tag, I think 'does he fit into my Ultimate 23 man squad and he's straight in there, no doubt. In fact;

    Neuer
    Lahm Kompany Silva Alaba
    Fabregas Di Maria Toure
    Messi Suarez Ronaldo

QPR are f**ing horrible. And with their financial woes they're guaranteed to finish last almost. 4-0

Realistically if Man U went for it this should finish about 7-0/7-1 but it will probably end up 5-1

DQPR are showing why you don't park the bus with this kind of opposition! Attack is the best way always!
