I've been getting right into my juicing recently - feel the effects after 5 days. So much more energy, mental focus - Honest, it's ridiculous only after five days o just juice. And if you follow the recipes by Jason Vale - they taste gorgeous. Many apps and books from him available - think he's sold over 4 milllion books world wide! If you get chance watch 'Super Juice me' - it's a fasicnating documentary, about the science behind juicing and what people that don't juice are actually eating. It was certianly an eye opener. in all seriousness though looks ok, i do fruit smoothies etc now any way, never looked into juicing as such. when i have given up smoking it may be worth me looking more into it, but i smoke so probably wouldn't get the proper effects from it now.

There's this chocolate and ginger and white and grey tabby that keeps coming through the garden. It looks a bit skinny so i think it's a stray, not in bad condition other than that. I would guess it's between 3-5 years old and it's very timid. Going to get some cat food for it when I go out, where would be a good place to leave it in the garden?
First game of the season for me today for my new team after missing the opening week last week. 1-0 win in a cup game against a team in the division above us. Good start Hard work though, grass was about knee length. Don't know how the council charge so much for the pitches when they leave them in that state! Total rip off.
