They get assigned days to do that work Chippy. In scotland they get an increasing amount of 'in service' days during term time to do this work - nopt sure of what happens in England/Wales and Northern Ireland. They went ****ing mental when it was suggested that they lose a couple of days holiday to do training so there was no impact to the children's education. That nearly caused a strike. Be interesting to see how many scottish teachers would join the picket lines today given that they're on paid annual leave.
It's the bloody Civil Servants I have a problem with who get their good pay and pensions and whinge when they are asked to take a cut. Nurses, people who manage the skips, sweep the roads etc are the ones not paid enough or given enough respect. They are the ones entitled to strike for better pay, pensions, conditions etc.
He's in one of his grumpy moods today. It's his - ahem - 'bad week' Some cranberry juice will sort him out ...
Ask yourself WHY?, rapist.. Can it be that we're all wrong and you're right? You're just an angry attention-seeking wee man, innit?
Typist was the sicko that started a thread a coupla weeks back asking "Can rape ever be justified?" Says it all about him, really He tried to claim yesterday that it was "for purely anthropological reasons" or some such pish.
