    I've been watching it getting slowly pissed off... BUT, the judge is pointing towards nailing the bastard! Unfortunately as we were about to get to the juicy part, she ****s off <doh>

    What the hell is she doing taking breaks every three seconds? She's reading out a bloody word document, and at the speed of a ****ing turtle with, ironically, no legs. Does she get paid by the hour?!

    Given the consequences of a misplaced word or two, the caution is understandable.

    She has said what we need to know: did not intend death but did not act reasonably. That can only go to a culpable homicide verdict.

    she has said he did not foresee the outcome, that is not an element of culpable homicide though as I understand it

    She said he did not forsee the outcome that shooting into a bathroom would cause death (dolus eventualis), but that he should have done (culpable homicide)... So basically she's saying he would have qualified for the paralympics for another reason as well <ok>

    Yeah, I wondered how you could fail to foresee that shooting a gun into a room that you knew had someone in it could result in death. Odd that.

    <laugh><laugh><laugh> I meant Ameobi's Zeppelin is sexy, and the judge, obviously being a stone-cold fox back in the day with that bone-structure, would have made the correct call as well if she hadn't aged and become less sexy.

    Lord Harley of Counsel sounds like arguably the biggest knob to enter a courtroom I have come across in 25 years of dealing with knobs in courtrooms
