    Yep, he deserves it...no doubt.
    He has a lot less resources at his disposal than Mourinho. Would be criminal if Jose gets it.
    Will reflect well on the club.

    A Swansea manager has only won PL manager of the month once - Brendan in January 2012. We beat WBA 2-1 in the next match. So we have a 100% win record in next match after winning PL manager of the month.

    Mourinho has won it 3 times as Chelsea manager and they won all the next matches.

    Yes - but surely it has to be Monk.

    Monk is a rookie, Mourinho is a CL and EPL winning Manager with a "star-studded" squad.

    Chelsea have played 2 promoted teams plus Everton. Whereas, we had to go to OT for Van Gaal's first game in charge.

    Agreed Taff. Monk has done a grand job so far. Things can change in this League in a few weeks but nobody can argue the guy deserves it right now.

    I think it's a panel of fellow and ex- managers musty but confess I'm not 100% certain.
