What a load of hoo-ha. He hasn't changed his position on the name change (appeal), but in the meantime possibly some dodgy oligarch could bring a lot of dish onto the table and he may sell. Better the 'devil' you know sometimes.
Nothing new here. We knew he would appeal, we knew he wants out and know he wants to change the name. What is the point of calling a press conference for this? He just loves a platform to ramble on incoherently.
I'm just asking. I find it a bit weird to want him to stay but at the same call the man an utter ****.
He would prefer to be here as the owner as he has more to achieve. He bought the club to save it (as a massive risk to himself) He feels let down, and without being critical as the FA made the decision without a reason as the name change wouldn't damage the football club
If we're going global and want to stay global you can't stay local. He's gone past the limit of what he can just spend himself. There is interest in people buying the club, but he wants to make sure the club is moving to a 'good home' better than his. He's now saying how good our area is since there 180 mile diameter where other clubs are.
