So why didn't he say it then, was he just deceiving people?

 

That is the worst statement I have ever heard given to a press conference, and Ive been to about 500.

If I was a journalist there I'd be asking ""hat is the actual news here? You've called a press conference to state exactly what you've already said."

So fundamentally, he's appealing the name change via arbitration. I'm not sure how he's going to convince the FA that can happen.
