As much as it would piss on AA's bonfire, Melton has no chance of becoming part of Hull, it's too far out. The only parts of the East Riding that have any chance of becoming part of Hull are neighbouring villages such as Hedon, Preston, Hessle, Willerby, Anlaby, or should that be Analby , and the like
I'm surprised - but it turns out that the ER Ballot is going out as far as Brough. The areas you said were the ones I thought as well - but according to the ER Ballot information, it runs right along the Humber.

There are lots of possibilities, but even more stupidities. MELTON IS GOOD FOR GENERATORS AND BULLSHIT. Hull is where Hull's football team, Hull City AFC, belong.
