I know it is I'm just pointing out another reason that it is. Plus if this was in anyway a negative I doubt SB would be on board with it as he doesn't strike me as the type.
If it isn't bollocks and he's genuinely wanting to sell or liquidate, wouldn't that be setting up a dutch auction, as the price would drop the nearer it got to liquidation?
Respect Given. Unfortunately I'm unable to have the privilege of being a season ticket holder due to work commitments abroad.Although this month I have Westspam & MC in the bag before I jet off again.thank`s to my pal`s. Silver Cod will make a killing on those match day`s. Just out of curiosity, Tiger40 season ticket holder who lives on the south coast, some amount of mileage if he only get`s to a few games.or doe`s he get to most games.
The thing that's throw me out over this is our activity in the transfer market, I know people say it make's city more attractive to anyone interested in buying us, but it's one hell of a gamble if it doesn't come off, if I remember right most of our signing are on 3/4yrs contract's apart from Ince, It's just too hard to call what tomorrow going to be about, I just hope that on the eve of a new season with our best ever squad, he does not ignite the name issue once again, if he doe's he will drive a lot of the undecided into the CTWD(no dig intended, me included) camp and undo any good that he's done for the club in the past in one swoop. The title of the press conference is a little bit of concern "The future of Hull city tiger's" got a feeling that he's going to hit us with something totally unexpected, lets hope its positive news but I have to say I'm not holding my breath
I'll tell you what has just struck me though. SB hasn't yet signed up for anything more than a 12 month rolling deal. Possibly waiting until he see's how the new regime beds in? That would kind of confirm that he was in the loop as it seems weird otherwise.
Join the club Chillo, there are points most days when I wonder that about myself, we must all be at 'that age', yeah including you macca, and you PLT
The Irish mirror do not make it clear that the £60 million pound figure is on top of the debt. In fact the article says nothing at all. It would appear to be a rehash of the current speculation with a figure plucked out of thin air. OLM, you say you would have expected it be more, did you have a figure in mind? Does anyone?
I would just expect AA to want more of his money back, I'd expect him to want nearer £80m and the figure quoted will be the full amount, there's no way anyone would entertain taking on the debt on top of that, we're not worth anywhere near £150m.
I doubt you've ever been to University or had a season ticket. I think you're an armchair fan. EDIT: I forgot to put "FACT" as this magically makes it all true.
Read post`s above. I stand corrected and " GET A JOB PLEB "was a negative reaction after unnecessary remarks. After all we are all entitled to have an opinion, and don`t need to be pulled up every time a punctuation mark or full stop is missed on public boards.
Ah another one crawls out the woodwork. Well for your information, you will never know if I'm an armchair fan or not, or if i have ever been to a university or not.Same goes for you!Whether your a doley or a millionaire, who gives a ****. To answer your question I haven`t had a season pass for 15 years, due to working abroad,So who gives a toss what you think.
hull city tigers is the name of the company i wouldn't read to much into that the title of the press conference reads that way and it would be the administrators who would have already being called in by now who would put the club into liquidation not the allams, so its not that either and i dont think he would have spent the money on deadline day if that was the case as he would just lose it. Logic says with no leaks anywhere about a new owner that this is just about him going to step down and his son will take over the running of the club. Maybe they will also introduce a new CEO of the club at the same time
Really? The debt is earning the Allam family circa £6 million a year. Do you think this is a good point in time to give up on this income and just walk away from it? I am not so sure that the figure quoted is the full amount. You seem to think he would accept a large portion of his money back and be prepared to put any losses down to altruism. I am less sure of that also. One thing I am sure of, the Irish mirror article was a waste of printing ink. Thursday will be interesting, that's for sure.
