Personally, I have my own views on this and of course it is and would only be relevant if or when QPR went down, but it they did, do you think that the football league should carry out their threat.

If there is no deterrent, then I guess clubs could abuse but it would be interesting to see if they ever did

    Bloody QPR....

They didn't even deserve promotion, but I hope they come straight back down anyway and go straight into the Bananarama Conference with the Rovers

    Best place for them both

If something similar is good enough for Glasgow Rangers it's certainly good enough for QPR!

I really hope the Football League sticks to its guns. If not, it effectively destroys the notion of FFP.

I don't mind QPR, but I would LOVE to see 'Arry lead them into the conference with his wheelin' and dealin'. Yet another team he would have ruined...

That's the way I look at it- I just worry that there could be rules for some clubs and not for others

In his defence, it's the chairman who sanctions what he gets to spend. Any manager will spend what they can.

Yes the football league needs to carry out it's threat.

The fine should then be shared equally among the clubs in the Football League who are not in receipt of a parachute payment

I'm hoping they don't get fined, one of the owners owns my company so I don't want to lose my bonus <whistle>
