Of the 6 goals we have scored, Gylfi has assisted 4 and scored 1. GYLFI IS GOD!! EDIT: Also it was his cross that was poorly cleared that allowed Routledge to score his volley. So im gonna give him that assist too. 5 assists and 1 goal. ALL HAIL GOD GYLFI!!
I'm pleased for him, he's a good player just wasn't going to fit in the system we are looking to play. I think the deal between us was a good deal for everyone involved. Good Iuck for the rest of the season and I'm already looking forward to part 1 of the title decider in December at your place.
Does anybody really expect Swansea to maintain this form? I don't and neither will Chelsea. Early season pace makers are exactly that and tradition clicks back in after a few matches. Mind you the Chelsea lucky flight of shight never seems to land, it somehow gets air to air refuelling by the hand of God. Ja, Gylfi er mikill goð! Kills me when I banged on about him for so long. Just stick him in the starting lineup, he'll produce a lot of goals, I said, but did anyone listen? Of course not. He'd have one game where neither he or the rest of the team scored, and I'd hear how he just wasn't good enough.
