Not saying they don't give opportunities as under Rodgers, they certainly have. I meant would he realistically get a look in with their current squad? Personally, I think not a chance. <ok>

<laugh> I don't dare, I would probably be sacked, arrested, divorced, or even 'go missing' based on the kind of things you'd most likely send me! <laugh>

It's highly unlikely, if not ridiculous to suggest you'd get sacked for what I'd send you. The other things fair enough <laugh>

"In front of a watching Roy Hodgson, Newcastle winger Rolando Aarons marked his international debut with a goal for England's U20 side on Friday evening.

The 18 year-old broke the deadlock in the 54th minute against Romania in front of 2,500 fans at Telford, turning in the box and shooting home via a post.

England went on win 6-0, with Aarons providing an assist for the third goal and having a run into the box halted illegally to earn the penalty that produced the fifth."

The worry is that he gets Pardewed before we can fleece a club.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooo! We must stop this. But how?

As an alternative, perhaps we could make him wear a huge head mask and then sell Obertan to Liverpool for £30m after he impresses.

Pardew just taints everything he touches. A horrible man for what he's done to drag our club through the gutter.

The 'headbutt' aside I'm not sure what he's done wrong?
He may be limited (I'm still undecided on that, we finished 5th under him when we had a decent team, hopefully the current squad can gel).
He can't be overly blamed for the lacking depth we have and he's trying to get us playing it on the floor.
He's not perfect and I'd of much rather of seen Martinez here but we didnt make that happen and until a Martinez type becomes available I'd sooner keep Pardew

Mike will contract him and wait for his massive return. Don't get excited if he's any good you have twelve months of him

He called Pellegrini a Cnut and pushed over a Lino twice.
I personally agree that the bloke has tainted out club.
Any other job and he would have been sacked for gross misconduct by now.

To be fair I don't think there is much doubt that Pardew is a bit of a ****. He can't control himself, way too emotional. Its why he struggles when we are under the pump, it transmits to the players.

KK had exactly the same problem but a much nicer nature. When we blew the 12 point lead in the league, some of that was down to KK feeling the pressure. Whenever we got on bad trots, he struggled to reverse. Conversely when we going like a train, he had an unbelieveable knack of keeping us bubbling.

The difference is when Pardew is under pressure (or just caught up in something emotionally), he won't just verbally express, he'll do it physically too.

Personally I like emotional characters, I like people who wear their heart on their sleeve. I like that mixture of different characters. Its like F1 at present, Rosberg and Hamilton are polar opposite but it makes it interesting. However there is a line, and as per usual, we have an employee who doesn't really know where it is :D

Am I the only one feeling the same buzz as we did with nil ranger. We all at first thought he was the dogs bollocks and he got game time. It was his attitude that stunk. My point is the best players shine and don't need to much fannying on with. Give him game time. He is one of our own so will get the support he needs an the expectation is nothing when he has the backing of 52k ducking Geordies on your side.

I'd be frustrated if he doesn't play. I fully understand a manager going away from home in the PL and being a bit negative to get a result. The reality is Southampton will probably muller us either way so we might as well just give him a game and have a go. I don't think we'll have the same problems as Ranger. This lad has his head screwed on and will make the most of his talent. If at 17/18 you deny yourself a holiday to get fit/strong for the new campaign, it suggests you have your eyes on the top table and are willing to sacrifice to get there.

my worry is we're going to play a team with 4 defensive minded cms (I include sissoko in that) and expect to just suffocate the game and bootit to riviere and hope for him and cabella to make a difference which just wont happen. playing two wingers is crucial I think but pardew dosnt seem to be able to grasp that concept

He is not the type of manager to go hell for leather. To be honest there are very few who do that in the PL away from home. I just think with our defence and disjointed front line due to so many new players, we are gonna get it anyway. May as well go down blazing. I suppose the counter argument, and it is a strong one, is it will damage morale and the masses will just heap more pressure on. They will but they hate Pardew and the regime anyway.
