I was working on a reply to Wilson and couldn't get past, do you need a pinch of salt with that. You sum it up quite nicely.
Imagine the guy working at saltend, turning taps and watching pressure gauges all his working life. If only he had got an education whilst working full time he could be the owner of BP. Hard work in Russia doesn't get you much, its all about who you know.

 

I'd honestly rather take it slow and steady than end up back in League Two after a massive blow up with some Billionaire who has not link/interest in Hull. I'm already living the dream as a Hull City fan never mind top bloody 10!

 

I keep re-reading my sentence to see where it was that I said that CTWD, etc. would be to be blame for any sale.

 

So, you're saying that a self made multi millionaire that bought Hull City as a gift to the people of Hull would sell up because of a handful of noisy hooligans?

 

I will say look at Chelsea or Manchester City.
Now I know they were starting from an historically better place but at the time of the buyout's they were nothing special Premier League wise and I know the FFP will stop such a quick rise but look at the size of the Ethiad and how quickly its grown as well as the acadamy that has been built.
That would would change the club for ever if it were true. Hull is in a unique position of having such a massive catchment area all to itself so get it right and the sky is the limit IMHO.

 

In fact I'm now thinking of distances and looking at League clubs going south there is nothing until you hit Scunny, Going North nothing until you hit Boro and unless I'm mistaken nothing West until you hit Donny/Sheffield.
That is all unless I'm missing a team.
