So were both Lampard and Gerrard (game changers) in their day. Just less so when they were both in the same team. Anyway, my son has just told me quite categorically that he does not want to watch "that rubbish" tonight. A scenario that I suspect may be repeated right round the country.
Maybe I'm being a bit unfair on Beckham Fats but was he really someone you could build a team around? Did he get enough goals? I'm not so sure but would certainly never question his commitment. We'd certainly have done better with eleven Beckhams on the pitch in that respect that's for sure!
Hoping the Swiss can help England & their management with a little piece of euthanasia. Put us all out of our misery.
Legalize laziness....... Well, there's not a law against it, but there's plenty in place to protect it.
I bet you've worked hard for many a year, so if you get the chance to sit back now, no one should begrudge that. Its people who are raised into not wanting to work that piss me off.
I hear it all the time. Kids say "why work? My parents get more on benefits!" Or, my personal favourite: "my mum/dad says s/he doesn't have any GCSEs and got on fine, so I don't need'm either."
All the time I see people who have worked hard and been through the education and training system to get qualifications only to struggle to find a job and afford to rent even working extortionate hours for poor pay while the employer takes advantage of the job market. Making a career for yourself without the right contacts can be tough these days especially with the added blights of inflated housing costs, paying off tuition fees while earning less: http://www.ifs.org.uk/uploads/publications/comms/r96.pdf .

I cannot stand Adrian Chiles. He has no serious side to him...no shade and light...hysteria and looking for jokes at all times. He just got soaked...so God doesn't like him either
