To start with we have wilshere, chambers, Welbeck and oxocube in the England squad for tonight. This is the game I'll be watching and I'll be particularly interested in watching Welbeck.

Who else is playing in the Internationals tonight who is part of our squad? Can only think of santi if he is with the Spain squad?

Figured it was worth having a thread to discuss the game tonight and in particular how the Arsenal guys get on.

The most important thing for me by the way is that we don't get any injuries during the game *fingers crossed*

It'd be an added bonus for our guys to have a good night and a little confidence boost ahead of the City game.

I had read he might be comming into the team due to Henderson getting injured rather than oxo getting dropped, but I'm not sure, we will have to wait and see what the starting line-up is.

Should be one of the more competitive games so far from any group... Switzerland are a pretty good team.

Yeah they've been impressive recently, had a good World Cup and unlucky not to go further than they did. It'll be a tough game.

They said on talk sport Chamberlain's been dropped for Delph. Wouldn't be surprising, he was poor against Norway

Chamberlain may have been poor, but Delph is ****!!!

Only decent CMs England have are Wilshere and Henderson. And Wilshere has yet to live up to his reputation, whilst Henderson seems to have already reached his peak.

Popping to the shop before the game so I'll miss the start. I assume by the time I'm back wilshere will have just finishing laying on a hat trick for Welbeck...

England are terrible at playing the ball out from the back and the team are so slow to make the decision to pass the ball, so desperate to be safe it's stifling everything we try to do. Means the few who are trying to make something happen are wasting energy.

Anyone else think Welbeck looks a bit shorter than he really is while playing?

I guess I haven't paid much attention before, but if someone had asked me (before I checked wiki after we got him) I would say he's about 5'11.

    Nice goal by Wellbeck.

Just goes up show if you play him down the middle he will get goals.

Does Wilshere give the ball away as much when he plays for Arsenal? I rate him but his passing tonight has been ridiculously sloppy.

Hey United fans, remind me please, who scored the goal, and whom did he play for previously, and whom did he just move to?
