Morning all from an overcast Jersey. Yorkie, in addition to vic's answer, Andy Hessenthaler is on the Gills coaching staff. Who else thinks that it'll be Northampton v Coventry in the FA Cup first round?

Morning all from a mild but overcast Bandit Country. We are just off to London - it turns out that Little Miss W_Y has never been to the Tower of London, so we off there. Will do a trip around the Tower and then spend some time taking in the Poppies in the moat. After that it's across Tower Bridge and then walk to to London Bridge and into Borough Market. Might take in some "light refreshments" and then along the South Bank to find somewhere for a late lunch/early dinner. Should be a pleasant day out and bait of a rehearsal for next saturday - I believe we have sold over 2K tickets for next week.
Enjoy your day, whatever you are doing..

Whilst I am pleased to see Coventry back at The Photocopier stadium and them selling out, every time I have been there, their support has been poor. Apart from one of the best football pub's a couple of miles away, I really don't like that ground.

cheers guys..

Anyone watching the Plymouth game n sky today? ;)

Brilliant day out and just confirms my view that London is by far the best capital in the world. I just love that part of London. To spend 4 hours at The Tower and then walk over Tower Bridge and wander all the way along the South Bank to Waterloo (stopping in a few pubs along the way of course) on a late Summers afternoon was heaven.
Day was made perfect to hear that the filth had lost and even better that an ex Watford player had scored the winner! Oh joy!

Good morning all from a warm and dry Weston-super-Mare. Unbroken sunshine promised today so I have a load of washing spinning noisily in my machine!

Have a good day! <ok>

hello people - I will not be posting for a while after today. Tomorrow is the day from hell. We go to the Royal Free to get the results of Mrs L's Heart MRI and latest CT Scan cancer results - the first time these two have coincided.

We are then heading down to our previous little piece of paradise near Carmarthen for a bit of R&R whatever the outcome.

Wish us well

All the very best to you and your lovely wife Leo, I really hope it's good news all the way! <hug>

Of course we wish you both well Leo. Hope that the grass has not grown too long while you have been away from Wales or the R&R you hope for might might not happen. ;)

Morning all from a bright and sunny bandit country. Nice relaxing day today before back to corporate madness.

All the very best tomorrow Lenny - thought and prayers are with you both.

I see we have sold all 3k of our allocation at Charlton and they are sending over 200 more restricted view tickets to go on sale tomorrow. Should be a cracking day out...
