I'm not doing this all day. Accept (even internally) that you might not appreciate Valdes' role at Barca fully and move on. It's a pretty small thing and I'm not wasting more time on it

in fairness to tobes right now howard is a good keeper and valdes might have issues/past his best.... howard is one of the most consistent performers in the prem

 

Howard certainly was... he's got a lot shakier the past season IMO.

Valdes however was miles better - Barca didn't stick with him for nothing! They have no issues shipping their catalan players out if they don't make the cut. They also didn't want him to go to PSG, Monaco etc before his injury. Question for us is how well he's recovered.

Looking at premiership keepers Howard is probably top 10 but quite a few better.

 

We had the 3rd best defence in the PL last season & he was universally lauded as being superb at the WC, but don't let little things like facts get in the way of your bitter bulls**t diatribe sweet cheeks x

 

And Tottenham had the ninth so that makes Howard 6 keepers better than Lloris
