    I can't remember who it was the other day who said just to back Jim Crowley on whatever he rides but took that advice tonight at Kempton where he has 6 rides and first one has just gone in at 20s

    I never used to like him as I thought he was a bit windy but he just gets better and better!

    Off to Canada mate. Flying out to Calgary then picking up a big ole motorhome and driving around the Rockies for a couple of weeks. Eventually ending up in Vancouver and flying back from there!
