    Anyone else on here remember back in 70,s saints playing at highbury on Boxing Day ,snow on pitch and big John McGrath running onto pitch with sleeves pulled up lol

    I've been to Majorca. Lovely Island. I think we stayed in Palma for two weeks, very enjoyable indeed. Where about's are you staying DTLW?

    Make sure you catch the bus to Alcudia, a nearby walled town. Only cost about 3E and takes about 15 mins....the bus goes part of the way along by the sea. Nice half day out.

    p.s. the bus carries on to the Port of Alcudia but I suggest you get out at the main town.

    I've been there. There are some fantastic places to eat there and it has really nice beaches.

    Yes great resort, but go in land to Pollensa Town, eat on the square and walk up the 365 yes 365 steps to the 12 stations of the cross, I'm not religious but was still impressed by the beauty and the symmetry. The bar at the bottom of the steps was worth a visit.. Enjoy

    Remember him well. I remember him being quoted as saying when tackling from behind was outlawed it would be the end of career and it was. A monster of a player. Asked for no quarter and never gave it either.
