Morning all, Very quick post off a non poster. Tottally against everything Hull Tigers. Totally...... BUT Early February this year I had a rather nasty crash on the M62. Broken neck etc etc. Yeah I was lucky and now ready for physio. Due to Mr Allam investing in an MRI scanner at Castle Hill I got an appointment 3 weeks earlier than is the norm. (6 weeks national average) Due to the nature of my injury, c6 articullar pillar fracture, it was access to this machine much quicker that ultimately kept me out of a wheelchair. Myself, my 3 kids and family are in eternal gratitude to this mans sense of public duty. No to Hull Tigers. Real life. The end.
don't look upon been in a wheel chair as a negative......just think of all the benefits you would get off the tax payers.....and well done Mr allam
Pleased you're doing well, and you're right to thank the man. Good luck with the rest of your recovery.
Well dome Mr Allam indeed when it comes to reducing your tax liability through charitable donation & trying to improve your public profile knowing sale of the KC would need a referendum
It's sad that his great charitable efforts will be forgot because of the name change. Best wishes to you John.
I thought this thread would be about news he's apparently leaving. However, his charitable notions are remarkable and have probably helped a lot of people both in their health and their education. Shame he's tarnished a lot people's images of him
The thing is that his dealings both business & with Hull City fans suggest there is always an ulterior motive to anything he does, he's no altruist
Nothing on any news feeds, so at the moment it's just Twitter trash....time will tell, but I can't imagine him getting anything like his £100 million investment back if he has sold It's not something you can keep quiet or do quickly with the fit & proper person requirements, things will always be leaked
Still have to meet the criteria, just look at Leeds, that cat was out of the bag well before any announcement
