Good Morning Everyone

Carlos Queiroz has emerged as one of the top runners for the vacant hot seat at Elland Road. The 61 yo is currently the National coach of Iran, and has been for the last three years. He certainly made them difficult to beat during the World Cup.

Here's the dilema!

Queiroz is best known for being fergie's No2 at old trafford, and bringing him to Elland Road goes against everything we stand for!!!

On the flip side of the coin, if he gets us promoted, and pushes us towards greater things, how much do we actually care?

We don't rip into Ojose or Wootton, and they both came from manchester united, albeit in Ajose's situation, he came via Peterborough!

Poleon has accused LUFC of reneging on a deal just days before his £100,000 transfer was signed. The 20 yo striker was set to put pen to paper and sign an extended deal at Elland Road that would have added a further two years to his contract.

Just like Smith, it left him confused and disappointed!!!

Do Leeds treat their players badly? Do they deserve more respect?

Lee Peltier certainly thinks so!!!

He got in a twitter row with Simon Austin and plenty of Leeds fans, mocking the club (regarding missing out on signing Hudson), sarcastically tweeting: “yer am sure you was [interested in signing Hudson] wonder why he didn't join.”

Morning elland ... Queiroz walked out on Red Nose twice, so good on him ... he must be good, because Red Nose took him back after Real Madrid, and after criticising Queiroz for leaving in the first place ...

Cellino really does seem to lack humility and respect, and because he's loaded his policy seems to be "fcuk off you cnut" to all and sundry ... if Cellino doesn't like you anymore, you're history in a flash, and don't expect a goodbye card ...

Peltier is a useless cnut, and next season he should settle well in Lge One with his ****ty little club ... he contributed nothing at Leeds, and his twitter stuff shows him for what he is, no class ...

Morning all. Not sure what success Queiroz has had on his own, rather than as a number two. As for ex-scummers, not really fussed on this one. Others I would be, Keane for example.

I'm sure we welcomed Johnny Giles with open arms...

Morning Elland and all. Queiroz not happening. Just another big name linked, fans get worked up and when we get Johnny no name, the fans are twice as disappointed. We treat our players fine. Players today are far too pampered and in most cases show little or no respect to their clubs. If poleon was good enough and a big money move had come from say Fulham he wouldn't think twice about walking out. I've no respect for the modern day footballer as it's only a pay packet to all of them. Same as Tracy, I don't care who's on our books as long as we get promoted and have a team that can remain there

Morning Billy,

Good points on Queriroz.

Cellino won't make many friends, but will it put people off coming to Elland Road?

Great point Lee.

Would not want Keane at ER under any circumstance.

Would pay good money however to see him and Alfie in a steel cage match with Vinnie Jones as ref

Morning Eire,

Agree with players being pampered, but surely being treated the way they are won't help things either!!!

Good morning Matt and co from a misty Cote de Bardsey
PERSONALLY I don't care what club the new coach comes from if he gets us firing on all cylinders
Do Leeds treat there players well we have got to realise that we are in a business and must do whats best for the club so we may upset one or two but that's life.Poleon lets face it has been given enough chances to show something and has sadly failedI have a feeling this may apply to Ajose as well I am not sold on him.Hunt was never any good but Brian was his best friend so he got a wonderful contract now we are having to pay for BM mistakes
Murphy is not worth !m so eventually this will cost us as well infact the only signing he made where we have made money is Smith so BM you will be lucky to get another chance
Warnock all his signings apart from Pearce have been poor we will probably recoup the money laid out on Austin but the rest were awful thin includes Peltier as you know I refused to enter ER whilst BATES owned the club even Popey couldn't believe it when we spoke at Town and so I had time to watch pelts close up I was not impressed the one that did impress me was Jack Huntwho looked like Ray Wilson in his play!Clayton lucky to get his move to Boro in my opinion very limited in his vision
MIKE
Grayson made us a great deal of money so Simon you are the strongest link by a mile

Morning Mike, misty in Bardsey eh?

Can't see what we saw in Ajose either!

Hopefully just one for the future, maybe we'll farm him out to Millwall or somewhere to gain some experience.

I'd love Grayson back too

Morning all <ok>

Don't have a particular problem with Queiroz because of his history, but I thought Cellino had distanced us from that rumour claiming not to know who he was? I have much more of a problem with Queiroz because whenever I'm managing in the depths of the Conference on football manager he's always the manager with the "worst opinion" of me for some reason <laugh>

With Poleon, yes it sucks for him that the contract offer was revoked, but at the end of the day we clearly needed to offload a couple of players from the wage bill, and if no one is willing to take the likes of Morison, Norris etc (and let's be honest, who would?) then we need to get rid of some of the players who are wanted, but have slipped down our order (Poleon, Smith).

Oh, and yeah, stay classy Pelts

How can you renege on a deal that isnt signed?
If it was signed then the player can always say no, I am not going.

Move along, nothing to see here.

I think a verbal agreement can be law abiding in Court up to a point.
