I think it will be interesting to see how many new faces appear for their respective sides when we come back from the international break.

There was a lot of business done this window and I'm sure fans will be clamoring to see their new players in action.

Most of out lot seem to be assuming that Diame, Ben Arfa, Ramirez and Hernandez will all start, but I don't think there's a prayer of that happening.

You've had one hell of a transfer window - if you can get those players working together, you might even be able to challenge top 6 and get back into Europe.

While they are all technically very good players I think you will be too easy to play against with all of them starting

I expect Diame and Hernandez will go straight into the starting XI and I expect either Ramirez or Ben Arfa(probably Ben Arfa) will be introduced as soon as possible. I see no issue with playing all of them, I just don't think there's much chance of us doing it all at once, particularly as Ramirez isn't match fit yet.

Can't wait to see one of these though...

    ---------------McGregor
    ------Chester Dawson Davies
    Elmohamady-------------Robertson
    ---Diame Huddlestone Livermore
    -------------Ben Arfa
    ------------Hernandez

    -------------McGregor
    Rosenior Chester Davies Robertson
    Elmohamady Diame Huddlestone Ben Arfa
    -------- Jelavic Hernandez

Have got to confess that you guys have a killer squad now. We may have made the best signing in the transfer window but you have made the best transfers in general.

As good a Ben Arfa is (when he can be bothered) he is a liability at times. He is similar to Anthony Knockaert. He can win you the game and cost you it at the same time.

Ben Arfa I reckon you will end up using more as an impact player off the bench like i suspect we will with Knockaert.
Hernandez might take time to settle into the league and country. Thats what made Leo Ulloa such a good signing for us as he already knew the country so it was just the step up in class which everyone can see he has handled very well so far.
Michael Dawson is a proven solid centre half but he does need a quicker partner to cover up for him as players like Jamie Vardy will run rings around him.
Diame is a strange one, he seems a bit of an enigma at times. Great ability but hasn't showed any sort of consistent which I would imagine thats the reason West Ham are letting him go
Ramirez hasn't lived up to expectation for Southamton and whether he just needs a fresh start or he isn't suited to the Premier League, we will soon find out

Only worry for Hull IMO is if Hernandez doesn't live up to expectation who can you rely on for goals? Jelavic minus his first 6 months at Everton he has never scored enough goals

All in all I can't see either Leicester or Hull going down

Hernandez is a risk, as he's obviously never played in the Premier League before.

Ben Arfa is no risk at all and it's a myth that he blows hot and cold, as soon as Bruce thinks he's ready I expect to see him in the starting XI.

Jelavic has scored two in three so far this season, it's not a bad start.

    It most certainly isn't.

Don't get me wrong, when he's on song he's unstoppable.

But it's once in a blue moon. Very similar to Dany N'Guessan.

You're all a rather confident lot in Leicester aren't you!

Reckon you will stay up, as will we. I've been impressed with your start. To get 2 points out of those 3 games takes some doing, and I'm sure you will have a similar home record to us last season.

Not sure just how confident we are collectively ... generally Leicester fans are rather pessimistic (the older the more so, through bitter experience <laugh>) ... what I think we are is far more optimistic about our prospects this time around than for some time ... we saw some solid foundations laid down in a fabulous Championship winning season with a very good core of promising young players coming to the fore and a realisation that they would improve again this season ... we then bought well in terms of a getting a proper centre forward to add some physicality and followed that up with a marquee signing that has got the place buzzing and a couple of really exciting young additions from Man United (admittedly one is only on loan) ...we've taken on 3 of last seasons top 5 in a really tough opening sequence and we've more than held our own, perhaps even surprising ourselves by how good we've been in terms of the quality of our football .... what we are loving is that we seem to have no fear and are not playing to 'contain' - we are going for it and it has been great viewing. Perhaps all the more satisfying is that we have been summarily written off by countless pundits ... many of whom had never watched us before the first game at Everton. They may well be proved right as the last ball of the season is kicked ... but at this point in time we have taken great pleasure in responding to such doom merchants with a irreverent footballing equivalent of a 'moonie' .... here's hoping it continues throughout the whole season....

Go and read the Ben Arfa thread on our board, it's full of posts from Newcastle fans and they most certainly don't think it's once in a blue moon, they think he's one of the best players in the Premier League.

And you've got it bang on.

The Newcastle Chronicle ran a poll, 'who should leave, Pardew, or Ben Arfa?'.

    82% voted for Pardew.

Put it this way if offered a choice of Ben Arfa or Mahrez i would take Mahrez. Alot more consistent and looks well hell of a player.
