Sturridge cost me £1300

    Had an accumulator running last night that would have bagged me £1300 if Sturridge had scored the first goal. I knew Rooney would take free kicks and penalties so did consider him....but opted for Studge. He should have scored! I will be extremely critical of his finishing from here on in. That is all.

    Save your money until the derby then just lump everything you own on us :) Not like the bitters even bother to turn up for them any more <whistle>

    erm.... he didn't cost you anything. you gambled a couple of quitd ofr fun and one thing didn't come off... so? betting on engerlund in any form is nuts IMO

    does it... has he a problem or is it every penny not donated to charity instead hurt his great unwahsed?

    If I were jesus and i lost 1300 on a bet i'd cry too... but i'd not blame sturridge <whistle>

    This is pretty much it tbh. It was a free bet too! <laugh> never expected it to get to the sturridge stage so was a bonus bit of excitement in an otherwise dull game. Still, had he stuck one of his chances away............
